Delivery Policy (Digital Fulfillment)

This Delivery Policy explains how services are delivered on www.thesocialfans.com (the “Website”). The Social Fans provides digital services related to social media (e.g., followers, likes, views and similar). No physical shipment is made.

1. Digital Delivery Method

Delivery is performed digitally by applying the purchased service to the social media account/content link you provide during checkout. No courier, cargo, or postal delivery is used.

2. When Delivery Starts

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Your order will be placed in a queue and started within the estimated timeframe shown on the service page, depending on workload and platform conditions.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are displayed on each service page. These are estimates, not guarantees, because delivery speed may be affected by:

  • Order volume and queue intensity
  • Social media platform limitations and rate controls
  • Account privacy/restrictions and security checks
  • Technical maintenance or unexpected outages

4. Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate information (username, profile link, post/video link, etc.). If incorrect information is provided, delivery may be delayed, incomplete, or impossible. In such cases, the user may be responsible for the outcome.

5. Delivery Completion Status

Once the delivery is completed, the order status may be displayed as “Completed” on your account/order page (if available). If you believe an order is incomplete, please contact support with your order number for review.

6. No Physical Product / No Right of Return for Used Digital Service

Since the services are digitally delivered and may begin immediately after payment, return/cancellation eligibility is subject to our Return Policy and Cancellation Policy. Please review those pages before placing an order.
